Fishing access rights for non-UK countries within Scottish coastal waters (6-12NM limits) as detailed in SI 1983 No 253 (as amended) (http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/1983/253/made). Historical access to coastal waters is based on the 1983 versions of the limits as defined in SI 1992 No. 3108 (http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/1992/3108/contents/made).
Also includes the "special area" for fishing as defined in the "UK/Denmark: Protocol to agreement with Faroe Islands on maritime delimitation" (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/faroe-islands-maritime-delimitation) where third country fishing vessels can be authorised by Faroe Islands to fish within the Scottish zone
