Sea Loch Egg Wrack Beds

What is it: 

Ascophyllum nodosum (eggwrack) is a large brown seaweed that is widespread, occurring in great abundance in the mid shore of semi-exposed and sheltered beaches, typically attached to bedrock and boulders.
