Line dataset representing the Scottish canal centre line split into 1km sections, provided by Scottish Canals.
This data was originally captured to help map the waterways for the production of our Statutory Planning Consultee buffer, using OS Landline and 1:10,000 mapping. This data was then edited and corrected by British Waterways to OS Landline and is now maintained by Scottish Canals. The data was divided into kilometre lengths each with a unique reference ID.
