Section 36 consent granted on 21 December 2016 to Forthwind Ltd., for the construction and operation of the Forthwind Project.
A screening request to inform an application to vary the existing consent was submitted in August 2018.
An amended screening request to inform an application to vary the existing consent was submitted in October 2018.
An application for variation of s.36 consent was submitted in December 2018.
