Links to be layers can be found in the 'Maps' tab below.</p> <p>For future assessments, the assessed areas will be based on two maps, which are shown as:</p> <ol> <li><em>Scottish Assessment areas&nbsp; </em>- <em>Scottish Marine Regions and Offshore Marine Regions </em>– this uses <ul> <li>statutory Scottish Marine Regions (SMRs) (defined in The Scottish Marine Regions Order 2015 and collectively known as the 'Scottish Inshore Region' as defined in the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009)&nbsp;inside the 12 mile territorial sea limit; and</li> <li>non-statutory Offshore Marine Regions (OMRs) (slightly revised / renamed Scottish Sea Areas) outside of 12 mile limit.
