Shetland Bathymetry 2012
Bathymetric surveys have been carried out by Marine Scotland, the British Geological Survey team (BGS) and the Northern Lighthouse Board (NLB). This survey covers an area close to Shetland. The data have been tide corrected and cleaned by BGS. It was further processed by Marine Scotland Science to produce 2D Geospatial products. The hillshade, slope, rugosity and backscatter layers are produced from the original bathymetric data. These layers are combined into ESRI and Google Earth layer packages for download below.
The 3D models (SD format) can also be viewed with iView4D software.
