Maximum 7-day rolling mean of maximum temperatures for August 2015 for the rivers Spey, Dee, Tweed and Bladnoch

These data are the maximum value of a 7-day rolling mean of daily maximum temperatures for Scotland River Temperature Monitoring Network (SRTMN) sites in the Bladnoch, Dee (Aberdeenshire), Spey and Tweed catchments, in August 2015. These summary metrics underpin the paper by Jackson et al entitled "Can spatial statistical river temperature models be transferred between catchments?" published in the journal Hydrology and Earth Systems Science.
