Description
This dataset shows blocks and part blocks subject to periodic oil and gas Licensing Rounds (now issued by Oil and Gas Authority - previously DECC). It does not contain definitive legal boundaries. This layer shows the general grid on which offshore oil and gas licensing is based.
The data can be downloaded from https://data-ogauthority.opendata.arcgis.com/. The onshore licensed and offered blocks were modified to include only coastal areas.
