This dataset shows blocks and part blocks subject to periodic oil and gas Licensing Rounds (now issued by Oil and Gas Authority - previously DECC). It does not contain definitive legal boundaries. This layer is a Web mapping service from UK Oil & Gas Authority showing blocks on the UKCS with restrictions on oil and gas activity.
The data can be downloaded from https://www.ogauthority.co.uk/data-centre/. The onshore licenced and offered blocks were modified to include only coastal areas.
