Description
This layer contains a polygon dataset of Special Areas of Conversation (SACs) where the primary or qualifying species are a marine mammal (common seals, grey seals, bottlenose dolphin) or coastal otters. It is for use in oil spill contingency planning. Coastal otter sites were selected on the basis that the designated sites included coastal habitat. Data source: SNH/JNCC.
